Cialis womens and other popular myths about this anti-ED medicament!

People with sexual problems are often embarrassed to go to a doctor. They do not often talk about the problems to their family and friends and are looking for solutions on the Internet. But websites often provide false information about medical remedies for the treatment of sexual dysfunctions. As a result, there are several myths about the use of Cialis.

Myth 1. Cialis womens can be used by females.

Cialis womens is a medicament approved by state regulators only for treatment of male erectile dysfunction, not for curing sex problems in females. However, in the pharmaceutical market, there is a drug that is intended for the treatment of impaired sexual function in women. This medicine is called Flibanserin (trade name Addyi). It is unofficially called “female Viagra”. It appeared on the drug market in the United States in summer 2016. The FDA approved the drug only in 2016, but before that, the drug manufacturer made three unsuccessful attempts to release the medicament to the market. Sprout Pharmaceuticals (producer of the medicament) started the campaign for releasing the medicament to the market in 2010, when the effect of Flibanserin had not been clinically proven. The FDA refused to process the application. Then, the manufacturer decided to do the trick. It hired the best marketers who launched the campaign “Even the Score”. The essence of the campaign was as follows: 26 drugs existed in the market to improve male potency but there were no medicaments for treating sexual dysfunction in women. Manufacturers said that they needed to do something with it. They enlisted the support of women’s rights organizations and after 6 years of appropriate promotional activity, the medicament was approved by the FDA.

Myth 2. Cialis provides erection for 3 days.

This myth exaggerates the drug action period by 2 times. In fact, the main effect of the active substance (tadalafil) lasts maximum for 1.5 days. In addition, it does not provide a permanent erection. It begins to act only if a man is sexually aroused.

Myth 3. Cialis does not differ from other similar drugs (Viagra, Levitra)

Firstly, Cialis has a much longer duration of action (as we have mentioned). Viagra, for example, works only 4-6 hours. In addition, Cialis can be combined with fatty foods, while in case with Viagra fat food slows the absorption of the drug.

Myth 4. Cialis is effective against sexually transmitted diseases

This medicine will not protect you from sexually transmitted diseases (gonorrhea, syphilis, etc.) It does not kill bacteria or viruses. You should be aware of safer sex and use condoms.

Myth 5. Cialis is addictive remedy

This is not so. According to many clinical experiments, Cialis womens is not addictive (at least physiologically). In some rare cases, it can cause psychological dependence, but it depends on the psyche of an individual.
